Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel your LEVR subscription or services, the terms and conditions that apply to cancellations, and what happens when you cancel. This policy applies to all subscriptions and service agreements.

1. Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your subscription or services at any time, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy and your service agreement. Cancellation requests must be submitted in accordance with the procedures described below.

2. Subscription Cancellations

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans:

  • Cancellation Notice: You may cancel at any time with no advance notice required
  • Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Service Access: You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid period
  • Future Billing: No future charges will be made after the current period ends
  • No Refund: Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans:

  • Cancellation Notice: You may cancel at any time
  • Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Early Cancellation: If you cancel before the end of your annual term, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund (see Refund Policy)
  • Cancellation Fee: Early cancellation may be subject to a cancellation fee (see Refund Policy)
  • Service Access: You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period

2.3 How to Cancel Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription by:

  1. Account Dashboard: Log in to your account and navigate to Billing/Settings to cancel
  2. Email: Send a cancellation request to info@levr.co with your account information
  3. Phone: Call us at 813-790-5194 during business hours
  4. Support: Contact our support team through your account dashboard

3. Service Cancellations

3.1 One-Time Services

For one-time virtual assistant services:

  • Before Work Begins: Full cancellation available with no penalty if work has not started
  • After Work Begins: Cancellation may be subject to charges for work completed
  • Notice Required: Provide reasonable notice to allow us to stop work
  • Partial Completion: You may be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date

3.2 Ongoing Services

For ongoing or recurring services:

  • Notice Period: 7 days advance notice required for cancellation
  • Work in Progress: Services will continue until the end of the notice period
  • Completion of Tasks: We will complete tasks in progress during the notice period
  • No New Tasks: No new tasks will be accepted after cancellation notice is given

3.3 How to Cancel Services

To cancel specific services:

  1. Contact your assigned virtual assistant or account manager
  2. Submit a cancellation request through your account dashboard
  3. Email info@levr.co with service details
  4. Call us at 813-790-5194

4. Cancellation Confirmation

Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will send you a confirmation email within 2 business days. The confirmation will include:

  • Confirmation of your cancellation request
  • The effective date of cancellation
  • Any remaining access period
  • Information about refunds (if applicable)
  • Instructions for data export (if applicable)

If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 business days, please contact us to ensure your cancellation was processed correctly.

5. Effects of Cancellation

5.1 Service Access

After cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid period
  • After the paid period ends, your account will be deactivated
  • You will no longer be able to access your account or use the service
  • Future billing will be stopped immediately

5.2 Data and Content

Upon cancellation:

  • You may export your data before cancellation takes effect
  • We will retain your data for a period as specified in our Privacy Policy
  • After the retention period, your data may be permanently deleted
  • We recommend exporting important data before cancellation

5.3 Outstanding Obligations

Cancellation does not relieve you of:

  • Payment obligations for services already rendered
  • Outstanding invoices or charges
  • Any fees or penalties specified in your service agreement
  • Obligations under our Terms of Service that survive cancellation

6. Cancellation Fees

6.1 Early Termination Fees

Early cancellation of certain services may be subject to fees:

  • Annual Subscriptions: Early cancellation may incur a cancellation fee (see Refund Policy)
  • Custom Services: Cancellation of custom or specialized services may be subject to fees
  • Long-Term Contracts: Early termination of long-term contracts may incur penalties

6.2 No Cancellation Fees

No cancellation fees apply to:

  • Monthly subscriptions canceled at the end of the billing period
  • Services canceled before work begins
  • Services canceled due to our failure to perform

7. Reinstatement

If you cancel your subscription or services, you may be able to reinstate your account within 30 days of cancellation. Reinstatement may be subject to:

  • Payment of any outstanding balances
  • Reactivation fees (if applicable)
  • Verification of account information
  • Availability of service at the time of reinstatement

After 30 days, you may need to create a new account and may not be eligible for previous pricing or promotional offers.

8. Cancellation by LEVR

8.1 Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel your subscription or services if:

  • You violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • You fail to pay fees when due
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • We are required to do so by law
  • We discontinue the service (with reasonable notice when possible)

8.2 Notice of Cancellation by Us

If we cancel your service:

  • We will provide notice as required by your service agreement
  • You may be eligible for a pro-rated refund (see Refund Policy)
  • You will have the opportunity to export your data

9. Special Circumstances

9.1 Death or Incapacity

In the event of the account holder's death or incapacity, the account may be canceled by an authorized representative. Contact us with appropriate documentation to process the cancellation.

9.2 Business Closure

If your business closes or is dissolved, you may cancel your account. Contact us with documentation of the business closure to process the cancellation.

9.3 Service Discontinuation

If we discontinue a service, we will provide reasonable notice and may offer alternative services or refunds as appropriate.

10. Refunds and Cancellation

Cancellation and refund policies are separate. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about refund eligibility and processing. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated policy on this page
  • Updating the "Last Updated" date
  • Sending email notification for significant changes
