• Billing and payment processing
• Account management and support services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

5. Virtual Assistant Services

5.1 Service Delivery

We will use reasonable efforts to match you with qualified virtual assistants and ensure quality service delivery. However:

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results
• Virtual assistants are independent contractors, not our employees
• We are not responsible for the specific work product of individual virtual assistants
• Service availability and quality may vary based on various factors

5.2 Client Responsibilities

As a Client, you agree to:

• Provide clear, accurate, and complete instructions for tasks
• Respond promptly to communications from virtual assistants
• Provide necessary access credentials and permissions (at your discretion)
• Review and approve work in a timely manner
• Treat virtual assistants with respect and professionalism
• Comply with all applicable employment and labor laws

5.3 Work Product

Upon payment in full, you own the work product created by virtual assistants for your tasks, subject to:

• Any pre-existing intellectual property rights
• Third-party licenses or restrictions
• Our right to use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Fees and Billing

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service in accordance with our pricing plans and billing terms. Fees may include:

• Subscription fees (if applicable)
• Per-task or per-hour charges
• Additional service fees
• Taxes and other charges as required by law

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment through approved payment methods. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

8. Confidentiality

• Require virtual assistants to sign confidentiality agreements
• Limit access to your information to authorized personnel only
• Not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law

However, you acknowledge that:

• Virtual assistants need access to relevant information to perform tasks
• We cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality in all circumstances
• You should not share highly sensitive information without appropriate safeguards

9. Data Protection and Privacy

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LEVR, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Content you submit through the Service

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features (if available). Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
